Soviet-era music star Leonid Utesov, who lived until 1982, made himself synonymous with the city of Odessa. Here he sings one of his 1930s hits, Ah, My Odessa. Scenes of the city from the era of the opening chapters in LAMENT play in the background. This number was a big inspiration for them.
